- Deputy Registrar (Direct Recruitment)
- Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks.
- Five years’ experience as Assistant Registrar or equivalent in Pay Level 10 and above.

- Five years’ regular service in Pay Level 11 OR
- Eight years’ regular service in Pay Level 10 in Central/State Govt./Universities/autonomous organisations.
- Assistant Registrar
- Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks.
- Selection through All India competition (Written Test + Interview).
- Public Relation Officer
- Master’s Degree with 55% marks in Journalism & Mass Communication.
- Five years’ experience in editorial/media/advertising/PSU/Govt. institutions.
- Desirable: Computer knowledge.
- Section Officer
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Three years’ experience as Senior Assistant (Level 6) OR eight years as Assistant/UDC (Level 4).
- Experience in Govt./University/PSU/Private companies with turnover of ₹200 Crores+.
- Proficiency in computer operation, noting & drafting.
