SSC JE 2026 Selection Process

SSC JE follows a two-tier computer-based examination process followed by Document Verification (DV). Candidates must qualify Paper-I to appear for Paper-II; final merit is based on Paper-II marks (normalized where applicable)

1. Paper-I (Computer Based Examination)

Paper-I is the first stage of the SSC JE recruitment process. It is an objective-type online examination designed to test candidates’ basic engineering knowledge along with general aptitude.
