A) Educational Qualification

  • Deputy Registrar (Direct Recruitment)
    • Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks.
    • Five years’ experience as Assistant Registrar or equivalent in Pay Level 10 and above.
  • Deputy Registrar (Deputation)
    • Officers holding analogous posts OR
    • Five years’ regular service in Pay Level 11 OR
    • Eight years’ regular service in Pay Level 10 in Central/State Govt./Universities/autonomous organisations.
  • Assistant Registrar
    • Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks.
    • Selection through All India competition (Written Test + Interview).
  • Public Relation Officer
    • Master’s Degree with 55% marks in Journalism & Mass Communication.
    • Five years’ experience in editorial/media/advertising/PSU/Govt. institutions.
    • Desirable: Computer knowledge.
  • Section Officer
    • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
    • Three years’ experience as Senior Assistant (Level 6) OR eight years as Assistant/UDC (Level 4).
    • Experience in Govt./University/PSU/Private companies with turnover of ₹200 Crores+.
    • Proficiency in computer operation, noting & drafting.
  • Private Secretary
    • Bachelor’s Degree.
    • 3 years as Personal Assistant OR 5 years as Stenographer.
    • Stenography speed: 120 wpm (English) / 100 wpm (Hindi).
    • Typing speed: 35 wpm (English) / 30 wpm (Hindi).
