Selection Process
The selection process for the latest central government job recruitment 2026 is designed to evaluate both theoretical knowledge and practical coaching ability. The recruitment will be conducted in three stages.
Stage 1: Physical Efficiency Test (PET) & Physical Standard Test (PST)
PET (only for SI Communication):

- Female: 800 metres in 4 minutes
- SI (Staff Nurse) and SI (Pioneer) are exempted from PET

Stage 2: Written Examination (Computer-Based Test)
The CBT carries 150 marks with 150 questions in 3 hours:
